12. Oregon Senior Farm Direct Nutrition Program

    Recipients receive coupons to buy fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs at approved farmers markets and roadside stands. Must be referred to program by SNAP (food stamp) worker.

    Food deliveries to older adults in Multnomah or Washington county
